Our Warranty

Any manufacturing faults will be repaired free of charge within 1 year of purchase, all other damages will be chargeable. 

Jewellery damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Proof of purchase is required for this repair guarantee. 

If you believe that your goods were received damaged, please contact us within seven 7 working days of delivery and we will do our best to help you.
